Presenter:
Angela Fisher's area of focus is employee stock ownership plans (ESOPs) in privately held companies. She assists with the structuring and facilitation process of creating new ESOPs. Angela’s experience with ESOPs also includes providing financing assistance, tax planning, record-keeping, repurchase planning, employee communication, financial accounting assistance and structuring of executive incentive plans. 

She is a member of the American Institute of CPAs, The ESOP Association, and National Center for Employee Ownership. She currently serves on the Administration Committee of The ESOP Association and Advisory Board for the Missouri Center of Employee Ownership.

Angela is a 2010 summa cum laude graduate of Missouri State University, Springfield, with a B.S. degree in accounting, and a 2011 graduate with an M.Acc. degree.
