Job Title: Loan Admin Clerk

Citizens Alliance Bank is seeking qualified Loan Administrative Officer candidates. The Loan Administration Officer will provide professional and knowledgeable assistance to borrowers along with providing administrative clerical support as required to all Loan Officers and the Credit Manager.
Responsibilities: Duties include but not limited to the following:
1. Identify problems and solutions that best meet the Bank’s and customer needs.
2. Perform duties related to approving and making sound loan decisions while adhering to Bank policies and procedures.
3. Prepare loan documentation for Loan Officers.
4. Training and knowledge of regulations governing lending practices.
5. Provide customer service to applicant(s) throughout the entire loan process.
Requirements: Required - High School diploma or GED.
Required - Continuing Education to maintain job knowledge.
Preferred - Three to Five years of banking experience.
Preferred - Three to Five years of Administrative experience and or customer service experience.
Preferred - Proficiency in Microsoft Suites.
