United Bankers' Bank Location: Bloomington, MN Job Title: Data Support Specialist Overview: United Bankers’ Bank has an exciting opportunity for a Data Support Specialist on our Operations team. This individual provides consistent, exceptional customer service to all UBB Respondents and is able to support UBB’s online banking product and image exchange network users including generating agreements, leading product demos, scheduling conversions, installing online fingerprint authentication software, product trainings and supporting ongoing client needs. Position can be on-site, hybrid or fully remote. Responsibilities: • Collaborating on varied customer relationship management projects: o Auditing assignments with departments throughout the bank. • Assisting with New account opening processes: o Tracking agreements o Ongoing communication with new customers o Creation of new user profiles in online banking platforms and internal customer relationship management platforms o New account training o Assist with fingerprint & security administration • New international services processes: o Tracking agreements. o Ongoing communication with new customers o Creation of new user profiles in international platforms o Training new international services customers • Customer training and product utilization: o Answers incoming calls and/or requests o Troubleshoots o Solves problems and provides resolution to supported users or other team members within the contracted scope of support for each client Requirements: • Associate’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field • Previous database management, customer service and banking experience preferred • Excellent Customer service experience with a minimum of 5 years in working with customer service relations • Comprehensive knowledge of all MS office Products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Windows, Internet Explorer and all other Web-based applications.
