Payment Services Specialist

Overview:
More than a Job, this is an Opportunity to Grow your Career! Citizens Alliance Bank is seeking a Payment Services Specialist in their Clara City Location. With this position, you could be part of a coordinated team that works with both customers and internal bank departments. As a Payment Services Specialist, you will assist with processing ACH transfers for direct deposit/payment along with wire transfers to facilitate the movement of funds electronically across a network of financial institutions around the world. This position will involve data entry, customer service, and be a supporting role for the department.

Responsibilities:
Duties include but are not limited to the following: • Review and process wire transfer requests for customers and the bank. • Review and process ACH transfer requests. • Work with the Bank’s Core Operating System, Digital Banking, Microsoft Excel and Word to assist with the completion of processing. • Maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive customer and proprietary information.

Requirements:
Required - High School diploma or GED. Required - Continuing Education to maintain job knowledge. Preferred - Three to Five years of banking experience. Preferred - Three to Five years of Administrative experience. Preferred - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with loan documentation and boarding software.
