Credit decisions are made locally in branch or in the immediate region. Duties include but not limited to the following:
Meet and communicate with customers on a regular basis
Be responsible for all lending aspects for commercial, agricultural, and consumer loans.
Have excellent insight revolving around financial statements and trends
Approve and/or present credit and loans for approval to appropriate authority, as required.
Develop referral networks, suggest alternate channels, and cross-sell products and services
