First National Bank of Moose Lake Location: Moose Lake, MN Job Title: Retail Manager Overview: First National Bank of Moose Lake, a locally owned community bank established in 1919 and serving the upper Minnesota region, is looking for a Retail Manager to join our motivated team. The Bank, dedicated to our area communities with $125 million in assets, is located about 40 minutes south of Duluth and an hour and half north of the Twin Cities in a rural area with many lakes, trails, and vast outdoor space for recreation. The Retail Manager is responsible for providing customer service and management leadership for the Retail department. This position prepares department schedules, prepares and reviews daily reports, trains staff and works directly with Internal Auditor to ensure all locations follow Bank policies and procedures. A team-approach is important, and the Retail Manager provides support for a variety of daily tasks, including but not limited to, processing customer transactions, opening all types of deposit accounts, managing large accounts and effectively handling customer issues. This position will also participate in special department projects. and management committees. Responsibilities: Evaluates products, services, risks, and prospective customers within our market and possesses a strong knowledge of all deposit related products. This position will work with the Marketing Specialist to create deposit promotions and support/participate in community events to create brand awareness. The Retail Manager is responsible for the supervision of Personal Bankers (2), Vault Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) (2) and CSRs (3) at multiple locations. Requirements: Required Education and Experience Associates degree in accounting, business finance or related field and three to five years of community banking experience, including marketing or equivalent combination of education and experience. Minimum of one to three years of supervisory experience. Preferred Education and Experience Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business finance, or related field; Five to seven years of experience in community banking, with two to five years of supervisory experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
