Overview:
Financial Services Mortgage Officer for performing various lending functions, including but not limited to real estate loan and consumer loans.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for the development and promotion of various programs designed to penetrate the residential real estate loan market. Development and promotion includes but is not limited to individual customer contacts as well as the establishment and cultivation of productive relationships with other professionals in the residential real estate process, such as: developers, city officials, builders and contractors, real estate agents, attorneys, title companies, and etc. Programs will include but are not limited to secondary market loan originations with loan placement through contracted underwriters and brokers; in-house mortgage products including first and junior lien fixed rate loans and home equity lines of credit; and governmental agency products.
Requirements:
2+ years of previous experience within mortgage lending or a similar financial services environment.
