Lake Elmo Bank Location: Lake Elmo, MN Job Title: Personal Banker Overview: The Personal Banker is responsible for efficiently and professionally promoting, explaining and selling Bank services to new and existing customers. Responsibilities: Duties include, but are not limited to account opening, customer service and may include tellering and consumer lending. Full Time Days, Hours scheduled between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. Monday-Friday (1 hour lunch) Position includes a rotating Saturday schedule from 9 a.m.-12 p.m. Assigned location may include Lake Elmo, Stillwater or Oakdale. Training will occur in Lake Elmo and then you will be assigned to one of our 3 locations. You may be asked to work at an un-assigned location as needed. Requirements: High School Diploma or GED required. Associates or Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a College or university preferred; or 2-4 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Previous banking experience preferred, but will train. Proven ability to prioritize multiple tasks. Exemplary, positive can-do attitude and work ethic. Ability to independently problem solve. Provide unequaled personal service to customers for a wide variety of banking products and services. Contribute to a positive and productive work environment by working cooperatively and effectively as a member of the Lake Elmo Bank team.
