As the superheroes of customer service, their duties include processing customer deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments in-person or over the phone while ensuring compliance with bank policies and regulations. This role also involves the sale of bank products and services such as new deposit accounts, certificates of deposit, bank money orders, wire transfers, and safe deposit boxes. They also contribute to a positive banking experience by fostering a welcoming and professional environment. Responsibilities: Retail Banking & Teller Transactions \| Direct Customer Service \| Lending Administration \| As Needed Support for Other Areas Requirements: Continuous improvement and adherence to bank procedures is essential, as is a willingness to learn and support other areas of the bank as needed. This position requires keen attention to detail, excellent communication skills, dedication to community banking ideals, and a commitment to rigorous standards of integrity and confidentiality. Prefer a high school degree or equivalent; 1-2 years’ experience working with customers in a public or professional setting; This job requires skills needed in a typical office environment—including computer skills, communication skills, as well as utilization of office equipment.
