This position will be responsible for evaluating and improving the effectiveness of internal controls, risk management processes, and governance practices within the organization. Responsibilities: Helps to develop annual audit schedule, based on risk assessment, ensuring that those areas with greatest potential risk receive appropriate audit attention. Develops and executes audit plans, including audit scope and testing procedures. Prepares audit work papers and reports, ensuring adequate documentation to support conclusions and provides effective and reasonable recommendations. Furnishes periodic reports to Audit Committee and senior management. Completes various risk assessments as assigned.
